Wonderful care for our ridgeback boy. He received lots of cuddles and attention throughout his stay and I was kept informed of any stress he felt with storms and the excessive heat. Thank you everyone for your care of our Memphis. Frances

Ginger stayed at Pet Resorts (Dural) for 3 weeks, while we went on holiday. I was initially very nervous to keep him in boarding, as we had only had negative experiences at other places; but Nanny Jess was so comforting and eased all of our concerns before we dropped him off. We were so happy with the professional care he received from his pet nannies while he stayed there. I felt really confident leaving him in their care, as they had been recommended to us by our vet! 10/10 would recommend this place to everyone; we can't wait to book Ginger in again for our next holiday!

Boarded my highly anxious dog a few times and my cats once and highly recommend this resort. They LOVE animals, are great with even the troublesome ones and have patience in spades. The staff are friendly and understanding and make you feel relaxed about leaving your fur babies with them. Will definitely use them again.

I always feel confident leaving our much loved cavoodle at Pet Resorts Dural. The staff is always so friendly and take their time to make him feel comfortable before I leave. When I pick him up he is always happy, relaxed and smelling fresh after his complementary bath and blow dry! Thank you Pet Resorts of Australia Dural!

We have used Pets Resorts to board our Carvoodle while my partner recovers from back surgery. The staff are fantastic and are all invested in making sure your pet has a good time. You are able to make calls to the resort to receive updates on their activities.

My dog Jericho recently had a 4 night stay at Pet Resorts (Dural) and had an amazing time. Sometimes he is not the most social of dogs but he made lots of friends and even seemed a little sad to come home. The taxi drop off home was incredibly convenient and punctual. It is wonderful to know any instances in the future when I go away I have a wonderful and trusted place for Jericho to stay.

We boarded our American Bulldog Ruby with Pet Resorts Dural whilst we were visiting family in NSW. We arranged for them to provide training as well & we found this very beneficial. It was obvious Ruby had an excellent stay. The staff on every contact were very professional & provided exemplary service. We highly recommend this boarding & training package. We recently left our 6 month old chihuahua, Gary, for almost three weeks. He is typically a very shy dog, but we received an email that Gary had lost a little wait due to him having so much fun and playing so much, which was amazing to hear. We highly recommend the Pet Resorts of Australia Dural. From the initial booking through to collecting Gary after our holiday, the team were super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely book Gary in again for future stays as it was clear he was very well looked after.
